Hill Cumorah Pageant in July

Experience one of the world's great outdoor theatrical productions. Each July, seven evening performances are presented on the beautiful Cumorah hillside next to the Visitors' Center. A beautiful story on an enormous 10 level stage, twelve-tower lighting, state-of-the-art sound system, Hollywood special effects, and a costumed cast of over 650 provide a truly spectacular show. Great Wayne County Fair in August

The first Wayne County Fair was held 1856. The original size of the fairgrounds was 8 3/4 acres; now it is 33 acres. The fair is only made possible through the many efforts and dedication of those who volunteer their time and the gracious sponsors throughout the area.
